All dresses are custom Bridal for Tara LaTour
While working on my blog today, and joining Bloglovin, I was looking through some of my past work and thinking about my design future. Going to School at Parsons School of Design was one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life thus far, but also the most rewarding. I met life long friends that are all working throught the industry, and my friend Tara LaTour was simply the most amazing bridal designer I have seen. I was fortunate enough to see her create her thesis (she sewed all the dresses above by hand... herself!) and continue on to use her thesis as her first namesake collection which I modeled for. What makes Tara unique is her use of color and fabrics which you don't usually see in bridal. She is definately one to watch and I can't wait to see how her company grows.
